-Provide troubleshooting, technical support and product information to the customers
-Ensure adherence to the grids, standards, policies given by the management
-Collection of monthly recurring payments
-Register client complaints and questions in the system, taking complaints only when necessary and avoiding unnecessary complaint logging
-Must be well organized, able to work with less/no supervision
-Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
