 Responsibilities 
 The Manager of Outpatient Quality and Reimbursement is knowledgeable about outpatient regulations, standards and process to assure CKRI is in compliance regarding rules and regulations, achieves maximum reimbursement and avoids any penalties. 
This position is vital to ensure full compliance with the unique and complex regulatory aspects of outpatient rehabilitation and cannot be absorbed by Allina system office regulatory/audit services. 
In additions this position has oversight for compliance with th!   e outpatient therapy rules, oversees and assists with periodic chart audits to assure full compliance with regulations Medicare and other governmental and accreditation organizations. 
The Manager of Outpatient Quality and Reimbursement develops and manages a reliable system for disseminating and interpreting meaningful data regarding outcomes, clinical measurement, and patient satisfaction on a regular basis for all the CKRI programs and services. 
Works with leadership to assure the triple aim is met, in tandem with the goals of the CKRI. 
Working with leaders, clinicians, and various stakeholders, the manager assures a system is in place to deliver, develop and act upon meaningful outcome measures. 
Some of these measures are specific to rehab, but address patient satisfaction, quality, efficiency and cost of care, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. 
Regarding reimbursement, the Manager provides knowledge to maximize reimbursement and avoid den!   ials. 
This position assures compliance with government regulations,!    by working with managers and staff so that regulations are understood with an on-going monitoring system. 
 Education 
 Master's degree in clinical discipline, quality or Public health 
Qualifications 
 Experience 
2-3 years of dealing with outpatient rehabilitation regulations, quality, governmental rules and regulations 
Skills 
Able to work well with team and independently 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Motivated and independent worker 
 Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule 
 Full time position 40 hours per week 
Day shifts (M-F 8-5)
