Site Supervisor

Description: Fairview Health Services is at present looking to employ Site Supervisor right now, this position will be placed in Minnesota. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all MFM Centers (UMMC, Ridges, Southdale) in partnership with nursing, radiology, and medical leadership. This supervisor provides! workflow direction and supervision of scheduling coordinators and medical assistants consistent with achieving site objectives. Other duties include assisting in achieving coordination, consistency, and integration in the operation of the MFM centers. Theduties also include assisting in strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams. The Maternal Fetal Medicine Centers provide care for high risk obstetric patients in a fast paced, rapidly changing interprofessional environment.
Job Qualifications:
Vocation/Technical Training or Associate Degree required. Three to five years of clinic or ambulatory care experience required.
RN Preferred with current Minnesota RN license and BLS highly desirable. Supervisory experience in an obstetric, high risk OB, or specialty clinic highly desirable. EHR experience preferred.
