Key invoicing and transactional support role supporting Consumer Initiated Testing business.- Complete daily reporting of questhealth.com volume, reviewing trends, and providing outlook for monthly revenue/volume. (~25% of time).
- Review, prepare, and process invoices inclusive of manual and special arrangement invoicing such as government and large retail providers. Monitor payments to assist in month end close accrual process. (~35% of time).
- Act as CIT point person working with our Optum revenue services team to reconcile monthly cash payments by billing organization to client bill accounts receivable. This activity will also require reconciliation and problem solving for any discrepancies encountered. Ultimately, will look for this individual to work with automation team to streamline process. (~20% of time).
- Provide month end close support and reporting from various internal systems. This may include refreshing month end reports, pulling new reports, or working with various team members to help explain of key variances. (~10% of time).
- Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested (~20% of time).
QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-2 years of basic office management, billing, or other transactional work related experience
