Responsibilities : In collaboration with hospital orthopaedic, spine and neuroscience leadership, develop implement and coordinate a spine program for patients who are receiving spine care either in the inpatient or outpatient settings or transitioning into post-acute level of cares (rehab, subacute, homecare) Provide leadership in the design, implementation and integration of spine strategies and programs i.e, Spine Program and preoperative clinic Provide clinical and system expertise to all ANW spine programs Develop/enhanse the knowledge and skills of providers to improve care for the spine patient Build relationships/partnerships to promote system efficiency Provide support to the Spine Patient Care Manager and Program Director in the area of project management, outcome measurement, data management and analysis, communication, and administrative assistance to the orthopaedic, spine, and neuroscience initiatives
Qualifications : Education & Experience:
BSN in nursing required Masters preferred, certification, required, or willing to obtain 5 years of spine experience in an inpatient setting management in health care field preferred, will consider CNS Skills: Well organized, strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking, desire to drive, change, and lead initiatives for changing patient care
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule : Full time position (40 hours per week) Day shift Occasional weekends Non contract
