Job Description:
Phone triage nurses are an integral part of our health care team, working closely with our physicians and nurse practitioners to provide information, education, advice, and general nursing care to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Triage incoming calls Review and communicate with patients on labs and other tests
Monitor NST patients Manage Foley cath patients, including insertion Assess post-op and post-partum depression Teach prenatal classes Arrange same-day outside services Refill medications
