Description: Comprehensive Healthcare for Women is currently seeking to employ Part Time Ultrasound Technician right now, this vacancy will be placed in Minnesota. We area busy OB/GYN clinic looking to fill our new extended hours for ultrasound.Work hours would be Monday through Thursday 4:00pm until 7:00pm, occasional fills and day hours may be needed.Duties would include:•Review patient charts for physician order •Review patient history •Correlates patient history with exam to be performed •Prepares patient and equipment for appropriate exam •Perform the following ultrasound exam according to AIUM standards: ◦1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester OB exams, normal and abnormal anatomy scans, growth and limited scans ◦Assessment of the female pelvis by transabdominal and transvaginal methods ◦Monitor ovulation scans ◦BPP ◦3D evaluation ◦NT measurements •Presents scan to physician and communicate pertinent information regarding patient. •Disinfects probes according to guidelines •Enters patient reports into reporting system •Maintains ARDMS credentials •Other duties as assigned Education:High School diplomaRegistered/Certified ultrasound technicianNuchal Translucency certification is required.Experience:Minimum two years OB/GYN experience required.Please DO NOT apply if you do not have 2 years + of OB/GYN experience.
