Responsibilities :
Provide leadership, direction and operational organization over the patient care administered in the VPCI programs and clinic in a way that supports the mission and philosophy of Allina Health and the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute. Oversees regulatory readiness, financial and financial management in areas of responsibility. Develops, implements and collaborates with physicians on disease specific program development. Administrative leadership of physician surgical practice.
Qualifications :Education / Experience:
Baccalaureate in Nursing or Health Care related field; Master's Degree preferred. Previous management / leadership experience, program development, performance improvement, care and process improvement experience, customer service, financial management and physician practice management, leadership mentoring experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and financial management skills, strategic understanding of healthcare / physician practice finances and budgeting, data analysis, coaching and mentoring, coaching mentoring and conflict resolution.
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule :
Full time (40 hour per week) Days Non - contract
