Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing operations for the MHI Ridgeview Heart Center Joint Venture in Waconia This includes management of two owned and two outreach cardiology clinics Management of the joint venture catheterization lab Accountable for development of budgets and meeting budget targets Attend and present financial and patient volume growth data at the quarterly Joint Venture Board and Cardiology Service Line meetings Ensure patient access to quality cardiology care Coordinate human resources needs in the clinic Lead staff in decision making around operations and clinical issues Operational improvements to achieve financial and quality targets Increase patient volume capabilities maximizing existing space and staff
Qualifications :Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree in Health Care Management or Business Management BSN in Nursing with Business Background Acceptable 3-5 years management experience, preferably in a cardiology clinic environment Strategic planning and project management experience Management experience working closely with physician leadership Experience managing physician billing process and understanding billing and compliance issues Experience in business development and business growth
Skills:
Ability to manage and provide leadership to the MHI at Ridgeview Heart Center Joint Venture Work in partnership with medical directors to implement effective clinic/clinical policies and procedures Ability to manage complex, interdisciplinary work teams Collaboration, negotiation, delegation, consensus, building, problem solving, planning, organizing, personnel management conflict management, fiscal management, flexibility, initiative, creativity and team building Understanding business growth in a challenging market
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule :
Full time position 40 hours per week Day shift M-F Non contract
