Seeking full-time OB Hospitalists/Laborists to join our growing practice.
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology consists of over 40 board-certified physicians providing care to a rich patient mix involving regional, national, and international patients. Laborists guide development of standards for intrapartum care, educate, supervise and provide direct care for Birth Center patients in a practice that includes Family Medicine, Certified Nurse Midwifery, Obstetrics, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. All OB/Gyn specialties are represented in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
We are seeking an academic OB Hospitalist/Laborist to join our multidisciplinary team. We have a busy, tertiary center practice which delivers up to 2,500 babies per year. In addition to national referrals, the practice is the primary referral center for high risk pregnancies, encompassing approximately 6,600 deliveries annually. Laborists will work 12 hour rotating day, night, and weekend shifts plus additional time to fulfill non-clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications: Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN physicians, preferably with prior practice experience in an academic setting. Candidates will have dedicated time to participate in leadership roles according to interests in practice, research and education.
