Contract: Essex Highways
Location: Chelmsford
Contract Type: Permanent
Reporting to Agent / Capital Works Manager you will deliver leaflets / letters and post traffic regulation notices / orders for works associated with the Capital Maintenance Programme and other programmes of work within Essex Highways.
The Role
- Delivering leaflets/ letters to residents of Essex.
- Posting advertised Traffic Regulation Notices / Orders.
- Ensuring Letters / Leaflets are correctly folded and in good condition.
- Other Ad Hoc duties to fulfil the requirement of the role.
About You
- Experience of driving for work desirable.
- Experience in dealing with customers desirable.
- Current, Full Driving Licence essential.
- Good IT, written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply a systematic and logical approach in order to get things right.
- Retain a formal and professional manner, reflect on difficult situations and stand back from people and remain unemotional in order to resolve problems.
- Be alert to changing situations, show flexibility in approach, adaptability in difficult circumstances and continuously strive to achieve a result.
