Responsibilities This leadership is a full-time clinic management position at our Buffalo site This position is accountable for achieving our financial , clinical and employee care goals in partnership with the lead physician This role also requires a high level of collaboration with hospital leadership as well as with competing on-campus clinic This complex clinic provides family practice, IM/Peds, pediatric, ortho, endocrinology, OB/GYN, and mental health services The site also contract to provide neurology, ENT, urology, oncology, and pulmonology services The clinic manager provides direct supervision over 3 supervisors/managers as well as collaborates with hospitalist leadership for our Buffalo Hospital hospitalist program Qualifications Education/Experience: BA/BS More than 8 years management experience preferably in an ambulatory care setting Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Full-time: 40 hours/week Non Contract Location/Community Information Located 35 minutes from Minneapolis or St. Cloud, the city of Buffalo lies at the intersection of two major highways and on two major recreational lakes, Buffalo Lake and Lake Pulaski.
