1.1 Strictly adheres to the established operating expenses and that all costs are controlled.
1.2 Maximizes beverage revenue in the bar by utilizing up selling procedures.
1.3 Maintains beverage par stocks and places orders accordingly.
1.4 Accurate dispensing and control of assigned area to ensure zero discrepancy in inventory.
1.5 Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar par-stocks and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operation.
1.6 Obtains and accounts for the correct settlement of all sales.
