Telehealth Triage Registered Nurse

Clinicor is looking for three RN’s for Telehealth Triage Nursing for a Contact Center at a large medical center and hospital located in downtown Minneapolis.
Consulting with patients or their caregivers over the phone, to assess the severity of symptoms and refer to the appropriate setting or level of care
Alleviating suffering throug! h nursing interventions and prescribed treatments
Partnering with the patient, their family and significant others
Documenting interventions and an individualized plan of care
Educating the patient and their caregivers on their disease process
Assuring continuity of care Educating the patient and caregivers in prevention care which promotes health and well-being
Current unrestricted RN Licensure in Minnesota
Bilingual language skills in Spanish a plus
Compassionate, caring and customer service oriented
Current BCLS certification
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in clinical nursing
One + year of triage preferred
Typing skills, 45 w.p.m. and good computer skills
EPIC experience preferred
Experience in Family Medicine including: Pediatrics, OBGYN, Geriatrics, etc preferred
Required Skill Sets
Evaluate and assess patient health needs, relative to acuity level
Advise patients about health maintenanc! e guidelines
Prioritize the urgency and action needed to a! ddress the patient's request or problem
Refer patients for additional health services based on their needs
Recognize medical emergencies and initiate immediate action
Flexible 8 hour shifts / schedule:
One RN to work 2 days per week and then work 3 days per week the next week
Two RN's to work 3 days per week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
