A Registered Nurse is needed for a permanent opportunity in one of Minnesota’s leading hospital’s birthing center located just over one hour from the Minneapolis! / Saint Paul Metropolitan area. Full-time and part-time RN opportunities; No call
Various 8 hour day and night shifts available
Care of antepartum and postpartum mothers and newborns
Will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of labor progress
Able to monitor fetal heart monitor along with maternal telemetry as a means of being able to properly identify and report to primary OB / GYN status updates and signs of potential complications
2 patient / 1 nurse ratio
Strong assessment skills and ability to identify / report physiological status changes of mothers and neonates promptly
Strong attent! ion to detail
Requirements
RN / BSN â€" Bachelorâ! €™s degree with experience

Compensation
Starting Base Pay for BSN RN’s $30.37-36.81/hr starting base pay depending on experience.
Evening / Night shift and weekend differential + holiday pay available
Annual performance appraisal reviews / Hospital wide end of year bonus available
Immediate availability for PTO
