RN SDS PACU

Description: Fairview Health Services is in need of RN SDS PACU right now, this position will be placed in Minnesota. For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Evening .8 position as ambulatory RN in Same Day Surgery and possibly the Eye Care Center. Will work primarily in the PACU and phase 2 areas with a wide variety of patients. Including: Ortho, ENT, Ob/Gyn, Urology, GI, and gene! ral cases. We care for a small population of pediatric patients starting at age 3 yrs. This is a very busy and fast paced setting with a very dynamic patient care delivery team. We have a very strong focus on customer service and providing excellent patient care. Successful applicant must be flexible and skilled in many areas to provide a wide variety of patient care needs. This is a great place to work and offers a healthy environment to the right applicant.
This position will include holiday & weekend rotation.
Call hours are part of the work agreement.
Job Qualifications:
Current Minnesota RN license required
Current BLS with American Heart Assoc. or American Red Cross as a Health Care Provider required
Must have current ACLS and prefered PALS or PEARS- and if not must have within 6 months of hire date.
Must have current PACU experience and a strong background in critical care. Must understand and demonstar! te excellent customer service skills to all patients and their! guests.
Excellent team working/building skills required
