At Fairview Clinics - Farmington we are seeking a Physician A! ssisstant or Nurse Practitioner to join our three-practitioner practice. Provide outpatient care in an evolving, inter-disciplinary, primary care setting with the opportunity for providers to perform procedures. We are seeking someone who is very comfortable and excited by innovation and changing the model of care. Patient encourters average 20-22 patients per day. The ideal candidate would have previous primary care practice experience.
Practice Information
Onsite include Family Medicine, Obstetrics, digital x-ray and lab.
We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and every provider uses the EMR.
Practitioners work an expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 78 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Patients are admitted to the hospitalist service at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.
