Responsibilities Assume full responsibility for Medical Surgical Renal patients on a fast paced highly acute medical-surgical unit Education BSN preferred RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility. Qualifications Experience Med surg renal experience a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply Skills Strong clinical assessment skills Strong communication skills Team player Strong patient advocate Licensure/ Certifications BLS RN Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time position 32 hours per week Evening Shifts Weekend Rotations: Every Other Contract: MNA Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining subu! rb.
