Responsibilities
Performs patient care and unit tasks that support the unit standard of patient care, and facilitates efficient unit operations
Tasks are delegated by a registered nurse
Education
Certification as an NA or at least 2 nursing clinicals
Qualifications
Experience
6 months nursing assistant experience in acute or long term care preferre
Nursing Assistant certification preferred, This qualification can be met by completion of one-year clinical preparation in a Nursing Program
Preference given to nursing students
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
Part time (32 hours/week)
8 hour shifts
Night shifts
Every other weekend
L113 contract
