Responsibilities Collects health status as delegated by the RN Reports and documents findings according to established guidelines Assist patients with personal care and therapeutic interventions as delegated by the RN according to patient needs, policy, procedures and unit routines Responsibilities include stocking supplies and equipment rooms as well as assisting with cleaning, turnover of L&D and operating rooms Demonstrates understanding of thier role in developing and maintaining an environment that is safe for patients, visitors and employees Communicates caring and compassionate behavior by listening, respecting and recognizing individuality Safeguards patients rights to privacy and confidentiality at all times Participates in learning activities and other opportunities for developing and maintaining competence Uses human and material resources in a cost effective manner Relationships with colleagues co! ntributes to a cohesive and respectful environment that supports excellence in patient care Qualifications Education/Experience Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant program, Nursing Assistant Certification or completion of 1 year in a credentialed nursing program Experience preferred Skills Computer skills Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time (32 hours/week) Day/Evening shift Every other weekend L113 contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
