Responsibilities

The Manager of Quality and Reimbursement, inpatient levels of care, provides leadership, knowledge, and consultation to rehabilitation leaders and the team in the areas of outcomes relative to quality, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
The position is to develop and maintain relationships throughout Allina Health that further this purpose in alignment with the Mission and Values
Due to the ever increasing complexity of health care and t! he rehab service line in particular, a targeted focus must be applied to inpatient program and services
Sister Kenny is now the fifth largest provider of rehab services in the United States
The new scrutiny of auditors, fiscal intermediaries, the government and accreditation bodies, along with the expansion of SKRI into the sub-acute arena, necessitates a position with accountability for knowing and assuring SKRI meets regulatory requirements and maximizes reimbursement at post-acute inpatient LOC, at all sites.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Baccalaureate degree, with course work in research, statistics, accounting procedures, and regulatory interpretation
Masters degree preferred
Two years in compliance, data analyst, reimbursement or the functional equivalent, to demonstrate an understanding of business practice
Emphasis in the field of post-acute inpatient physical rehabilitation
Experience in rehab data management is! required
An understanding of inpatient, acute and sub-acute govern! ment regulatory requirements is required
Skills

Demonstrated competence relative to quality measures, inpatient and outpatient reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to carry out and prioritize projects
Able to engage the team and build relationships within SKRI, KRA, Allina Health and outside the larger entity

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Full time position 40 hours per week
Day shifts
M-F 8-5 some off shifts and weekends to meet staff needs
Weekend Rotations: Occasional
Non-Contract
