Responsibilities Admit, assess, recover patients in the endoscopy prep and recovery post sedation and gen/MAC anesthesia Accurately document patient's care in the electronic medical record Administer IV sedation Qualifications Education / Experience RN Minnesota License 2 or 4 year Recent ICU/PACU experience required (within the last year) Medical terminology ACLS BLS Skills Assess and care for patients prior to and after procedure / anesthesia Function well as a team member Ability to communicate effectively Care for more than one patient at a time Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time position 28 hours per week Evening shift Varying start times Weekend rotations: weekend, call and holidays according to departmental need MNA contract RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is i! nclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.
