Responsibilities Clinic setting of assessing patients, coordination of care, telephone triage and patient education Antennal testing and lab draws are also done on site .2 of this FTE will be for the lead nurse role which was vacated within this position Qualifications Education & Experience: Must be graduate of an accredited nursing program BSN preferred High risk OB experience in hospital or clinic setting, antennal testing and phlebotomy skill or IV start experience required Preference given to Epic/Excellian experience Skills: Excellent clinical skills, organized, excellent follow through, exceptional customer service, ability to multi-task, strong computer experience Ability to work collabotatively as part of interdisciplinary team, high level of accountability and responsibility As .2 FTE lead nurse for ANW MPP sites- will have oversight of 7 nurse clinicians in managing t! heir staffing, participate in annual review process, oversight of upholding current nurse practice standards and ongoing nurse compentencies/mandatory education, and JC/regulatory standards Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time position 32 hours per week Day shift Non contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
