Responsibilities Direct patient care, data collection, communication of observations/changes in patient condition to RN, document data as delegated by RN, see LPN job description. Qualifications Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. 6-12 month med/surg experience preferred, will consider new grads who had med/surg experience as a nursing assistant. Licensure/Certifications: BLS Skills: Excellent communication skills, good organizational and prioritization, ability to multitask and accept delegation from several RN's at a time.
