Responsibilities Direct patient care, coordinating plans of care, patient advocate, see complete RN job description Qualifications Education & Experience BSN/BAN preferred 6-12 month med/surg/onc experience preferred, will consider new grads Skills Excellent communication skills Good organizational and prioritization Licensure/ Certification BLS Medical Terminology RN RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.
