Responsibilities
HTML Online Editor Sample Responsible for the quality of services provided to patients and customers of the clinic Accountable and responsible for managing, organizing and coordinating human, material, and fiscal resources required to deliver patient care and devices services Responsible for directing, facilitating, and management of all activities that contribute to the operational, clinical, and business functions of the clinic Participates in commun! ity activities when required Assist in and responsible for developing and managing the budge for each practice location Play an active role in managing physician relationships and ensuring overall physician satisfaction Lead depart quality and integrate strategic planning and work in collaboration with lead physicians in decision making related to operational systems, policies, and procedures Manage daily operations of practice, professional and support staff, ensure compliance with billing and documentation standards Lead human resources needs Lead staff in decision making around clinical and operational issues Responsible for the development and implementation of methods to improve patient care and overall patient satisfaction, and enhance staff development and overall staff engagement Work collaboratively with the director of operations and business services to advise and coordinate the development and implementation of department standards Plan and align department goal! s with corporate goals and directions
Qualifications
! Education/Experience:
BA/BS in Nursing or equivalent with 5 or more years supervisory/management experience 5+ years id ambulatory operations experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting 3-5 years nursing management experience Strategic planning and project management experience Management experience working closely with physician leadership Evidence of continued growth and leadership experience Skills:
Ability to manage complex, interdisciplinary work teams Collaboration, negotiation, delegation, consensus building, problem solving, planning, organizing, personnel management, conflict management, fiscal management, flexibility, initiative, creativity, and team building Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare and maintain detailed record, files, reports, and other correspondence Ability to access and utilize resources available within Allina Ability to perform the job in accordance with Allina's Standards of Business Con! duct, which includes principles of legal compliance, ethics & integrity, confidentiality, protection of assets and avoidance of conflicts of interest and inappropriate business relationships Ability to manage multiple priorities
