Description: Ridgeview Medical Center is currently seeking to employ Clinical Support l (Western OB/GYN) right now, this job will be placed in Minnesota. This position is responsible for performing a variety of patient care activities to assist providers and nursing personnel. Facilitates patient/physician/provide! r communication and coordination of care. This position will be located at Waconia and Chaska Clinics.
- Graduation from Medical Assisting program or School of Practical Nursing
- Current LPN Licensure (if applicable)
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations.
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions
- EMR experience
