Approximately 1,600 corporate and administrative service employees work at offices within Midtown Exchange, site of the historic Sears retail complex at Chicago Avenue and E. Lake Street. This community landmark, adjacent to the campus of Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital, is the second largest building in Minnesota and includes offices, an internationally themed public market and residential units. Resp! onsibilities Standardization of policy, practice and education! for staff, providers and patients/paretns Coordination of initiatives related to growth, quality, patient experience and operational improvement Support of multisite integration into serviceline concept Implementation of Strategic plan Qualifications Education & Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Masters Degree in Nursing required 5 years Obstetric Nursing required 5 years of progressive leadership, including multisite management required Serviceline leadership experience preferred Skills: Collaboration, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Initiative, Critical thinking, conflict resolution Licensure/Certification: BLS, Drivers License, EFM, NRP, MN Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Full time position 40 hours per week Days, some flexibility Occasional weekends Non contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining subu! rb.
