Job Description
At Fairview Clinics - Hugo we are seeking a board-eligible/board-cert! ified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrician physician to join our four-pracitioner practice. Clinic services include: preventive medicine, prenatal care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and same-day appointments.
Practice Information
Fairview Clinics - Hugo is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high quality medical care to the entire family through all stages of life. The four family medicine practitioners work collaboratively with a large network of both primary care and specialty physicians throughout the Fairview Medical Group practice, including partners at the University of Minnesota, which includes many subspecialists through an extensive outreach programs.
Onsite services include: OB/Gyn, Podiatry, lab, X-ray, optical dispensary and pharmacy.
Practitioners work 36 patient contact hours per week.
The practitioners use a team approach in managing clinical care. The site is using a! new model, Care Model Innovation, in providing care for their! patients which actively looks at and changes clinical processes to maximize efficiency, resources, and clinical care. The site is also developing care packages and will become a certified health care home.
