Responsibilities The ADT nurses assist in patient flow throughout the hospital. They support admission process, discharge process and also transfers between patient care units, admits from the emergency room, direct admissions from outside facilities as well as working to help support PACU flow to inpatient nursing units. This specific ADT position directly supports the ED and the flow of the ED as well as admits to hospital from the ED. This position reports directly to the patient care manager or patient placement and takes direction on prioritization from the patient flow supervisor on off shifts.
This positon is interview dependent MNA position Qualifications Education/Experience Minnesota RN license required, BSN preferred Minimum of 3 years ED nursing experience in a hospital setting is required Position is MNA interview dependent BLS Skills Absolutely critical to have strong critical thinking skills, maintain strong communicati! on skills, ability to problem solve in a fast past environment and have the ability to understand and work with all disciplines.
