Responsibilities HVAC and RefrigerationPerforms repairs and Preventative Work orders Qualifications Education & Experience: Associates Degree in Facilities Engineering and or completed apprenticeship program in HVAC / Refrigeration ServicesUniversal CFC License Required5 years minimum in large facilities, prefer hospital experience, performing repairs and implementing PM programSkills: HVAC systems and Building Automation Controls Pneumatic and BAS
