Team Manager for PlanetEarthGardenSupply.com overlooking appointment setters.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a 10-60+ person team of remote appointment setters. Must have experience managing of 10+ people remotely setting appointments.
- Assign appointment goals weekly and ensure minimum amount of appointments are scheduled for Account Managers.
- Train new team members to remotely contact cannabis farms and cultivations needing supplies as soil, nutrients, grow lights, greenhouses with discounted pricing and Free Shipping.
- Communicate effectively with team members, and the President
Qualifications:
- Previous experience required in a leadership role preferred with overlooking a team of 10-60 appointment setters
Cannabis farming is big business and this position can produce commission checks from $100,000 to $1,000,000 annually if executed correctly. Commission is 1% to you of the products ordered through the appointments your team sets. Likely you will have 1-3 team members per state (50 states total) with a total of 60 appointment setters nationally. Commission can be extremely high with a well organized team manager and team.
Experience team mangers (no experience in the cannabis industry needed) and motivated individuals only need apply. This position allows the right candidate to work remotely from their residence full time. You must be reliable, dependable, professional, well spoken in english and follow through on goals set by the owner. A college degree in Business Management helpful.
