Description
Continuously evaluate and monitor the risk of regulatory non-compliance.- Create and implement inclusive compliance policies and procedures, ensuring their alignment with current regulations and their effectiveness.
- Investigate potential breaches of compliance internally and suggest corrective measures.
- Coordinate and prepare for regulatory examinations and audits, working alongside examiners and auditors to resolve any identified problems.
- Conduct AML/KYC analyses and assessments.
Profiles
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in Experience.
- Around 4 years as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg.
