Responsbilities

• A Service Scheduler is responsible to take a customer service plan, make appointment with and bring together all the resources needed to complete it.
• The Scheduling role involves assembling and coordinating the information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done.
• Reviews work orders or complaints from customers.
• Determines and schedules orders according to urgent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• 2-3 years experience in service administrative.
• Male / Female not over 35 years.
• Self motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character.
• Good command in English.
• Able to use computer MS office, SAP system is an advantage.
