Phone triage nurses are an integral part of our health care team, working closely with our providers to provide information, education, advice, and general nursing care to our patients.
Diamond Women’s Center has an immediate opening for a part-time to potential full-time position as a phone triage nurse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Triage incoming calls
Review and communicate with patients on labs and other tests
Assess post-op and post-partum depression
Arrange same-day outside services
Refill medications
