Responsibilities Direct patient care, data collection, communication of observations/changes in patient condition to RN, document data as delegated by RN, see LPN job description Education Graduate of an accredited LPN program Qualifications Experience 6-12 month med/surg/onc experience preferred, will consider new grads who had had med/surg/onc experience as a nursing assistant Skills Excellent communication skills Good organizational and prioritization Ability to multi-task and accept delegation from several RN's at a time Licensure/Certifications BLS Medical Terminology LPN Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time position 32 hours per week Night shifts Weekend Rotations: Every Other Contract: L113 Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
