Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and CVOR for our off hour emergent care programs Physical demands: sitting, standing, walking, lifting-max 35lbs, push/pull max-35lbs, balance, stooping/crouching, grasping, writing, finger dexterity/keyboarding, reaching, operate machinery, long periods of work in lead apron Mental Demands: Frequent people contact, detailed work, frequent interruptions, decision making skills, concentration, ability to work independently, multiple concurrent tasks, frequent deadlines, organizational skills, ability to collaborate with others, express ideas orally, remember and apply information, understand/follow basic instruction Qualifications Education/Experience BSN preferred 2 year current CV critical care experience; cross trained to HHC position Skills Must possess: good communication skills, critical thinking skills, fle! xibility, ability to multitask, ability to self direct, ability to handle variable job duties and emergent situations. Must be able to wear lead apron during procedures Licensure/Certification ACLS BLS RN RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility. Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part Time Position (36 Hours/Week) Night Shift (1730-0600 or 1830-0700, 12 hour Flex) Every Other Weekend MNA Contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
