Job Description
Mayo Clinic Health System Red Wing is seeking qualified labor and delivery nurses to join our remarkable, vibrant organization and embrace our nursing vision, “provide the best nursing care in the world.†Experience an environment of professional, collegial support and growth in a prime, vacation area. Recently voted ‘Most Historic City.’ Near metropolitan cities of St. Paul/Minneapolis, and Rochester, MN. We are expanding our Birthplace services in the Minnesota River Corridor and need you! The staff RN in this position will use the nursing process in the delivery of patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and outcomes for mother-baby couplets, antepartum triage, and intrapartum labor support and delivery patients. Reports to the OB/GYN Service Line.
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Nursing; All entry-level associate degree registered nurses! with a RN start date after September 1, 2013, must provide do! cumented evidence of program completion of their baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program within 6 years from the last day of the month of their RN start date. Minimum 6 months medical/surgical acute care experience is required. Labor & Delivery or related experience is preferred.
License or Certification:

Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Hours/Pay Period: 72
Schedule Details: 8 and 12 hour flexible eve/night shifts
Weekend Schedule: every third weekend
