Responsibilities Performs patient care and unit tasks that support the unit standard of patient care, and facilitates efficient unit operations Tasks are delegated by a registered nurse Qualifications Education/Experience Certification as an NA or at least 2 nursing clinicals 6 months nursing assistant experience in acute or long term care preferred Nursing Assistant certification preferred. This qualification can be met by completion of one-year clinical preparation in a Nursing Program Preference given to nursing students Excellent organizational and communication skills Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time (32 hours/week) 8 hour shift Night Shift Every other weekend SEIU contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
