Responsibilities HVAC and Building Automation Controls Performs repairs and Preventative Work orders mainly on HVAC equipment including pneumatic Controls and DDC Building Automation System Qualifications Education & Experience: Associates Degree in Facilities Engineering and or completed apprenticeship program in HVAC Service Maintenance with emphasis on control systems 5 years minimum in large facilities, prefer hospital experience, performing repairs and PM on HVAC Building Automation System controls Skills: HVAC systems and Building Automation Controls Pneumatic and BAS Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Full time position Night/Evening Tues-Sat Work schedule L70 contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an ad! joining suburb.
