Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for repairs
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document completed tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
- Proficient in various maintenance and repair techniques, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Knowledge of using a CMMS for work order management and tracking
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
