Position Overview: Are you a Digital Product Manager with a flair for crafting exceptional event experiences? As the Digital Product Manager with Events Experience, you'll be instrumental in elevating our digital event offerings, ensuring seamless user experiences, and driving innovation at the intersection of technology and events. Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for digital event products that aligns harmoniously with the company's overarching goals.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to steer our product roadmap.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate closely with multifaceted teams – designers, developers, marketers, and event planners – to conjure, build, and deliver groundbreaking digital event solutions.
  • Champion the entire product development lifecycle, from idea inception and requirement gathering to the much-anticipated launch and ongoing enhancement.

Seamless Event Integration:

  • Leverage your events insight to conceptualize and implement digital solutions that seamlessly merge with both physical and virtual events, amplifying attendee and exhibitor engagement.

User-Centric Approach:

  • Amplify the attendee journey by developing digital touchpoints such as event apps, virtual platforms, and networking tools, capitalizing on your deep understanding of event dynamics.

User Experience and Iteration:

  • Execute user research, surveys, and usability tests to unearth user preferences, using insights to sculpt products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster iterative improvements by analyzing user feedback and data, refining product designs for an exceptional user experience.

Data-Powered Decision Making:

  • Harness data analytics to track product performance, user interaction, and pivotal KPIs, driving well-informed decisions regarding product advancements and optimizations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Skillfully convey product updates, progress, and roadmap to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Partner with sales and marketing units to craft compelling product messaging and positioning.

Project Leadership:

  • Create and steer project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to guarantee successful and punctual product releases.
  • Prioritize tasks and features based on their impact on the business and customer needs.

Nurturing Growth:

  • Mentor and guide junior members of the product team, fostering an environment of constant learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital product management experience, ideally focusing on events-related products or platforms.
  • Proven track record of adeptly managing end-to-end product lifecycles – from inception to launch and continuous enhancement.
  • Deep understanding of event planning and execution, encompassing physical and virtual event formats.
  • Analytical prowess and the capability to wield data for strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics platforms, and product management software.
  • An innovative spirit that sparks from your passion for exploring new technologies and trends within the events and digital product landscape.
