Qualifications
The Front Office Agent enhances the check-in experience by displaying courtesy and Aloha to all owners and guests through positive action and attitude and produces courteous and prompt resolution of guests’ concerns.
· Takes pride in a great job done
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
· Able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight
· Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
The shift includes working days, nights, and weekends, must be flexible for scheduling.
