The position of Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents associated with assigned project. This position will conduct all Company business in accordance with Company policies and procedures and maintain professionalism throughout all business dealings, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with all departments of the Company in order to assure that all documents are kept in right place and in the right department file archive.
  • Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the document’s submission due date.
  • Perform regular audits on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other documents.
  • Responsible for file validation and document controlling.
  • Ensure all documents are checked and approved before submission.
  • Perform evaluations and document audits.
  • Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submission of documents.
  • Submit corporate documents punctually and with quality.
  • Ensure all documents have no errors in file names, submissions, etc. before submitting.
  • Prepare all documents and communications with other departments in order to make submissions early.
  • Maintain poise and focus under time constraint and adverse conditions.
  • Attend and complete trainings as required by the Company.
  • Pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background checks as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to learn to navigate through different systems and portals.
  • Ability to prioritize, ask questions when appropriate and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to work well in team environment and/or independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Reliable with a positive and profession attitude and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
