Starting Pay: $21.00 / Hour

Position Summary:
A Customer Service Representative will professionally respond and interface directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests and credit claims.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Interacts with multiple customers, the call center ensures that customer’s needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly
- Serves as a customer service liaison, communicating directly with multiple customers to provide information for daily business functions and be responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit and assisting various departments
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months experience with data entry and/or working in a demanding customer service call center environment
- Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Microsoft Office and good computer expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed

This position must be able to work any day of the week, including
weekends, holidays or any shift - Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, self-starter able to work independently managing time appropriately along with strong organizational skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
