Working from home, your job will revolve around appointments that you will need to confirm our clients will be at. You’ll be confirming those appointments and other information with the clients. Easy, right?
Responsibilities:
*Perform quality confirmation calls
*Answer inbound telephone calls
*Provide a 5 star experience
Qualifications:
*BILINGUAL (Spanish) REQUIRED
*Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong organizational skills
*Understand and are familiar with Gmail and Gmail Drive and Calendar
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
