Duties and Responsibilities:
● Work with customers to discover, build and assess their business needs, client success and
onboarding plans and translate them into relevant solutions-evaluate procedures, processes, scope,
and timeline
- Build and design complex and customized technical and non-technical solutions according to the customer's specific needs
- Create a system design for the preparation and evaluation of alternative workflows by developing, analyzing, and organizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts, and prototypes
- Conduct system administration training
- Conduct end-user training according to the process workflow design based on client's requirements
- Solve issues related to system implementations
- Provide regular project status reports to the customers and management
- Provide value-adding service to customers by building custom integrations and solutions outside the available features and capabilities of the system
- Lead online activities, events, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate prospects and customers on the features of our product
- Collaborate interdepartmentally
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge on front-end designs (HTML, JavaScript), programming APIs / Webhook, MSSQL, Excel VBA, API, Microsoft Server Operating System
- Very good presentation and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Business acumen
