Required:
HS ! diploma/GED and two years of office and/or customer service experience. Training/education may be substituted for some of the experience;

Experience/skills using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word and Excel;

Preferred:
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work independently when required with attention to detail. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience working in an office environment and with office software such as Microsoft Office, and office equipment, such as copiers, faxes and printers.

Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Position is represented by AFSME Clerical and Office Bargaining Unit Dues or Fair Share deductions will be made. This Principal Administrative Specialist position is the primary support staff for the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health Residency Program Coordinator. Major functions include:
 A! ssist with current and incoming resident tasks including the c! reation of background studies, appointment letters, and agreement contracts.

 Assist with resident Monday Conference tasks and set-up

 Data entry in RMS and excel; Update conference modules, Personnel Data, Duty Hours and presentations in RMS

  • Process Residents PTO
  • Assist with resident verifications
  • Assist with NAS projects
  • Assist with event planning including resident interviews, Research Day, CREOG exam, and resident graduation
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health Residency Program is committed to the education, research methods, and the clinical practice of OB/GYN. The goal of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Integrated Residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health is to produce competent, sensitive, compassionate and respectful Obstetrician/Gynecologists who will enhance and furt! her the knowledge of women's health care.
