Clinics - PS (Staff) - Spanning across the St. Paul area, HealthEast Clinics allow for the capa! bility and diversity to offer a full range of services for patients of all ages. Services include, family and internal medicine, pediatrics, Osteoporosis Care, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Geriatric Care, Certified Nurse Midwifery, and Osteopathic Care. The staff comprised of board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives, nurses, certified medical assistants, lab and x-ray technicians as well as other staff members are dedicated to providing the high quality compassionate care that makes the HealthEast Clinics the East Metroâs primary care network.

ROSELAWN CLINIC HealthEast Roselawn Clinic offers complete family health care services - from obstetrics to geriatrics. Some of the services available at the clinic include x-ray, lab testing and foot care. Our goal is to promote wellness by partnering with each patient to help manage individual health care needs. Our doctors are board-certified in family medicine, and have a var! iety of special interests and experiences, including obstetric! s and sports medicine. The clinic has both doctors and Certified Nurse Midwives on staff to provide prenatal and gynecological care for women.

Primary Function & Major Responsibilities Provides management of clinic site(s)operations.Assists in the development of annual budget and monitors clinic budgets for monthly variances.Ability to manage physician relations.Provides leadership for projects assigned by Clinic Operations Executive.Continually examines opportunities for standardization and/or consolidati! on within Clinic Services and HealthEast.Ensures improvement in patient satisfaction by reviewing and assessing systems within the clinic setting, including patient care programs, patient scheduling processes and staffing requirements.Complies with standards and requirements of all accrediting, licensing and governmental agencies pertaining to the area of operational responsibility.Identifies, monitors and evaluates indicators that reflect the important aspects of care and/or service.Initiates recommendations and follow-up actions to respond to identified problems.Identifies, recommends and implements operational changes that will improve service, productivity, quality and/or financial performance.
Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS in business or health care related field or comparable experience required.
Experience:
Minimum five years experience working in health care.Three or more years progressive management experience.Spec! ial Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and team ! building skills.Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.Demonstrated physician relationâs skills.Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated teams and systemâs thinking skills.Understanding of HealthCare Reimbursement system.Knowledge of finance and budgetary processes.Regular/Temporary
