Hospital currently has 10 family medicine physicians and 1 OB-Gyn. Hospital has hired a second OB-G! yn to start this summer. However, the senior OB is nearing retirement age.
Hospital does around 300 births per year. Hospital has 3 Family medicine physicians who do OB. One of these physicians has an administrative role as well and only works part-time clinically. 1:11 call for family medicine.1:6 OB call.1:3 C-section call.Offices are equipped with electronic medical records.Compensation and Benefits: 2-year guaranteed salary of $212K for family medicine with OB with w/RVU based production.
